I built out the interior and installed 2.0" of polyiso hard insulation in the walls and roof with 4 layers of reflectix over the polyiso. All joints were filled with spray foam. 2-layers of MLV, (Mass loaded Vinyl), with 7/16" plywood was installed on the floor for sound proofing. The Van is extremely quiet and very thermally stable.
