1992 Grand Villa U280 Unihome. Has around 45k miles. New tires installed 2.5 yrs ago, all new batteries when I purchased last winter, glass is all good, new front A/C/heat pump unit, $5000 in brake work/etc done just before I purchased. This is an incredible classic RV! Selling as is. Do note that this is 30 yrs old and not fresh off the showroom floor. There will always be little touches needed and small projects for you to fiddle with, but it is BEAUTIFUL.
