We have really enjoyed this unit, but no longer have or make time to use it. It is very cozy, useful, and easy to operate. It can be used as a toy hauler or travel trailer. Easy to modify if needed. The deck space is great to enjoy sitting outside with easy access to the interior with a zip up screen to keep the bugs out in the spring/summer. The deck can also be used to load an ATV, motorcycle, or small golf cart with several floor mounted 1500lb tie down hooks to keep your cargo secure. Perfect for anyone going to the woods and needing to take your 4 wheeler with you without having to carry it in the bed of your truck! Very easy to load with the fold down ramp. Just unhook the suspension cables. The unit is a 2021, but some things have been replaced such as the seal around the rear loading ramp, kitchen sink, and air ducting to allow better air flow throughout the cabin. The 12v fridge is wonderful! It cools quickly and doesn’t draw much energy while driving down the road and keeping your food/drinks cool. This unit can carry 54 gallons of fresh water in the underbelly with protective panels, which also keep cold wind off the tanks while traveling in cooler temps. All hoses and attachments will be included if needed along with a friction anti-sway device.
