I am including nearly all the extras we purchased for it in the sale price, including the generator with rack, fresh water and sewer hoses, electric cables, and the installed anti-sway hitch. These extras cost several thousands of dollars new, not to mention the installation costs for the generator rack, hitch bar attachments and wifi unit.She is in great shape with no structural, mechanical, or plumbing issues of any kind. We had the awning replaced to fix a scrape, and the stabilizer jacks fixed after they failed.
