Installed 2 Trojan 6v batteries at 225 amp hour capacity per battery. 1 year old good year endurance load range D tires. 15k btu air conditioner. Wifi ranger. Stored under shed/shop and out of sun. 
Modifications:
Removed top bunk and made shelf. Still have top bunk which can be put back in pretty easily. 
Removed outdoor stove and installed sliding shelf for blackstone grill. 
Added electrical outlets in underneath storage on each side (front). 
Added electrical outlet inside. 
Removed inside water filter (prone to leaks/issues). 
This is a great camper and everything is in working order. Title in hand.
