The improvements we made to the RV was made with the intention of being on the road for several years. Work has changed the plan. The 5th wheel has a clean title and has never needed repairs. Besides the standards that come with this make and model, it has a second power awning that was installed after market. On the original awning it has begun to pull away in one corner and we have a replacement awning still in the box ready to be installed. There are also awnings above all the slides to help keep debris off the slides. Ceramic coating was done in the fall of 2021, and we have the certificate. The sumo springs were ordered and installed to give a smoother ride due to the lack of infrastructure across the country. There are two stabilizing systems one is for the gooseneck when parked and steadyfast stabilizing system to make it less noticeable when the washing machine is running. The bedroom is large enough for a king bed, but the previous owner changed the bed to a queen with a purple mattress and we never change it. There are two tvs: one in bedroom and the other in living room. The radio is also a DVD player, and all the speakers work both inside and outside. The stool is a macerator type so cleaning out is easy. We have all power connectors and surge protector for hooking up at any type of power source. We also have hoses, one for cleaning black tank, heated hose, and then a regular summer hose (you would need to buy a new sewer hose). We have extra water filters. The windows all have black out curtains to keep the light out whether you go to bed early or sleep late in the day. The RV has a Parsec antenna with Pepwave Max transit router from Mobilemusthave.com installed, I worked from the RV and never had a problem with connectivity. We also have Anderson trailer jack blocks to go with the purchase of the 5th wheel for the unlevel camping sites. The kitchen has pots and pans, plates, silverware, glasses, and mixing bowls. We have two sets of sheets that fit the queen bed so both the fold out couch and bed are ready for an overnight stay.
