2 owner, always stored inside, great shape. The Essence 40B model is very well optioned and quite deluxe.  Original owner until Nov 21 when we bought it, they aged out of RV ing.  This has the big 425 HP, 1200 lb torque Cummins engine and a 10,000 lb tow rating.  Air ride  Features auto level, 4 slides, dual fuel large refrigerator, king Sleep Number bed, 2 euro recliners, nice sized shower, and bath arrangement.  Great for long stays anywhere.  The exterior paint is beautiful and just waxed.  Has some minor things from OO but shines like new.  Set up to flat tow with brakemaster  air line.  8k generator with low hours,2 heat pump roof systems and furnace. 
We have bought a 2nd home and just aren’t using the RV as we thought we would, needs a new owner that can enjoy it to the fullest.
