Description

2008 Winnebago View Diesel—Ready to travel now. Solar, Lithium Batteries & Victron Multiplus Invert/Converter, newer 2018 AC and a 2015 longer electric custom awning that goes to the back of the coach. 61,550+ miles. Non-DEF model. Many extras & upgrades. Excellent condition & all systems are running well. 3.6 KW DIESEL Generator, 13 gal. LP tank, 6 Gal LP/Electric Water Heater, 41 gal. fresh water capacity, 25,000 BTU Furnace, Cab Window Blinds, Day/night shades, Convection/Microwave, Powered Vent Fan in Bathroom, Rear Camera, TV/DVD player, rotating passenger seat.Low mileage on all tires. Includes TireMinders ($500+) Tire pressure monitoring system that sends tire pressure info to a remote receiver. Sway Bar, Bilstein struts installed. Newer flooring. In 2020, I installed 3 lithium BattleBorn batteries ($1000 each with 100 usable amps each. I also added two more 100-watt solar panels to the two 100-watt panels already installed, along with a Victron solar charger and all new wiring (replacing existing wiring on existing solar panels). I also installed the $1300 Victron Multiplex inverter/converter energy organizer (and battery monitor, Bluetooth-connected by cell phone). The Victorn Multiplus ($1300) inverter/converter enables you to easily and smoothly convert 12-volt power from the 300 amps of lithium battery to 120-volt use, meaning you can easily start your air conditioner with the system, or plug in 120-volt appliances just like you are in your home. The Multiplus allows you to plug the RV into a 15-amp outlet in a home, dial “15” on the Multiplus and it will add another 15 amps for a total of 30 amps of service. The Multiplus also converts 120 volts to 12 volts as needed. The entire electrical system I added works perfectly.I also installed an Airhead composting toilet in 2020 which works beautifully and uses NO WATER, so that boondocking is much easier, not only without a black tank, but no water is used to flush, which also means the black tank then became another gray tank. I still have the old toilet if you want to re-install that.In March 2022, I had Mercedes Benz do a 60,000-mile service, plus: replace transaxle, transmission and brake fluid; inspect brakes (have more than half their life left), oil change, replace three fuel lines. New engine work by me: new cabin fan motor & filter, new fuel filter/water separator, new engine air filter, new diesel preheater control unit, generator oil change, new step motor.Ready to drive away now.
