I purchased this Brookestone 344FL brand new on January 31, 2022. It is a 2022 model. Here is the actual camper as it was listed at the RV Value Mart.

I bought is to live in while I built my new house. However, I have never used it AT ALL. I am going to finish my new house in time (house was made water tight yesterday) so I don't need to use it at all and never have. I opened it up to inspect it at the RV dealer and closed it back up and bought it home. It has not been opened up since then except to ait it out occassionally. It is still winterized from the dealer. It is literally brand new. I have not titled it yet. I still have the manufacturer's Bill of lading in my name. There is no lean on it as I paid cash for it. From what I understand I will have to title it and pay taxes before I can sell it. I can do that at the DMV the day it sells.
I am asking $70,000 for it. I have not opened the 5 slides at all since it was inspected so this unit is just like a brand new one at the dealer.
