Like new condition; used less than 20x in 5 years. 2nd owner. Has been stored and only pulled 12 mi. to campsite. Never lived in. Camper is upscale, and provides a top shelf experience. Stove and heater never used. I camped with my scotty and corgi ; nothing tore up, fell apart, just utmost camping pleasure & pride. Camper was wiped down, swept, mopped after each week of camping and humidity absorbers placed in each room. I enjoyed the layout, large bathroom, comfy recliners (theatre seating), and queen bed. The air cond. works great. Alot of kitchen storage, and large tv with more storage. Queen mattress is not included. Also a pet pull out drawer which I did not use. The bedroom has a full queen mattress with plenty of room to walk around, backing for a TV, two closets for hanging clothes, and extra storage above the bed and drawers underneath the closets, which also have mirrors. The awning is huge. Grand Design covers the roof with a full membrane to not have leaks; but I swept roof every vacation to check on it. Tires are in good condition, and just installed 2 new RV batteries.It’s big enough to stretch out, but small enough to fit in all parks, and you don’t need a heavy duty truck to tow it. Simply perfection, which also includes the richness of the cabinets, decor, and design! I am selling because my 95 year old Dad needs me to provide assisted living for him.
