Basically brand new, has all the options including awning lighting that change colors, indoor/outdoor speakers, auto jack, solar panel for battery charge, tv with remotes and DVD player, ac/heat works great, microwave and refrigerator in good condition, 2 burner stove top. One awning arm is broke, got a quote for $826 from Jayco to replace it. Will take 1,000 off price if you decide to fix it after purchase.
