This RV is best suited for a couple. It is in excellent running condition and is very easy to drive. It is easy to maneuver around a typical gas station or grocery store parking lot. We have averaged 15-16mpg on the highway and 13-13.5mpg around town. The RV is still covered by an extended warranty, purchased from Good Sam, through August 30, 2022. The warranty is transferable to a new owner for $50. The fresh water tank holds 34gal. and the gray and black tanks each hold 36gal. The propane tank is 13gal. The chassis battery and coach batteries were recently replaced. The roof ac and heat works very well. The RV also has propane heat and propane cooking. It also has a convection microwave that works very well for baking meals. Surprisingly, the RV has always proven to have more storage than we have needed. The RV has 1 slide out, 2 TV's, 2 radios, a 16' awning, a powered tv antenna, and an in motion satellite atenna. The RV is also wired for cable. The refrigerator runs off propane, 12v and 120v and keeps food cold.
