Well maintained Travel trailer. Sleeps 6. I have lived full time in my travel trailer for 2 years on a friends property and I’ve enjoyed every minute of it. I have had friends,family,nieces and nephew over for camp outs. Many s’mores have been eaten. I’ve spent many hours star gazing. This experience has really taught me to slow down and enjoy the simple things in life. I can’t believe how much storage it has. The heating ducts run underneath the camper with the heat vents in the floor. I have never needed any back up heat source. The awning was replaced 2 years ago.The water pump and Dometic toilet flush valve were replaced 1 year ago. I upgraded the AC unit to a larger one this year. I replaced all the overhead lights in the living/dining room with led bulbs in the last 6 months. This was my first experience living in a travel trailer and although I had some learning curves I have loved living in it. Thank you for looking. My next adventure will be a class C
