This RV requires a truck and htich to haul it: our truck does NOT come with it. The photos shown were taken 2 months, not when purchased. The unit is in "LIKE NEW" condition. Although the bedroom was used occasionally for sleeping accommodations, the king size mattress was covered by a 4inch thick memory foam pad and is in pristine condition. Even the carpets were covered to prevent soil. The unit was purchased for my husband, (a design engineer with a home office) to use when he was required to be on site, and we hoped to travel the country once he retired. However, health issues intervened, he had to retire early and the unit went into storage. As we now realize that we will never be able to travel as , we are selling it. (One owner, non-smokers.) Everything is in "as Purchased new" condition, with the exception that the two sofas in the living room have been completely reupholstered, as one sofa had a scratch on it. Both sofas extend into double beds. A second A/C unit was added (never used), new tires were put on a few years ago to haul the fifth wheel from SC to VA, and the batteries were replaced due to age of the original. The dining room chairs have never been used and were wrapped while in storage. Stove/oven, vacuum system, awning, and the outdoor tv under it, have never been used. This unit would be perfect for full time RVers, as a seasonal or even permanent home. The floor plan allows access to the living room sofas and bathroom without putting the slides out. Having the living room in the front of the unit and the master bedroom in the back provides two private sleeping areas with the bathroom in between. Living room has an electric fireplace (provides additional heat) and a sliding partition from the kitchen. The kitchen is a ample size with a lot of storage space, beautiful wooden cabinets and drawer fronts, solid surface countertops, double sinks with flush mount countertop, cutting board and dish drain covers. The dining table seats four, rotates and extends. 12 cu foot 4 door refrigerator, and 30 in over the range convection microwave.
