Selling our 2016 Crossroads Sunset Trail 270BH, it’s a late-year build so it has the 2017 front end with LEDs on it. One owner purchased new locally, only selling as kids now teens have outgrown it so we looking to upgrade. Just got back from a Disney trip in April where it performed flawlessly. Many upgrades and recent maintenance, slide awning and rain sensor automatic fantastic fans installed in master bedroom and bathroom. Every single light inside and out has been replaced with LEDs. Recent reseal of roof and wash/detail. New Goodyear endurance tires, Timken bearings, inside smart TV, RGB awning led lights, and TPMS system installed right before Disney trip. This bunkhouse camper has all the amenities in under 31ft and close to 5klbs! Can be pulled with a ½ ton. A super slide for the dinette and couch provides a lot of space inside. Full outside kitchen (sink, fridge, stove, and grill) along with TV and mount. Usable shower with separate bathroom entrance, cold weather package with enclosed belly, and insulation. We have camped in freezing temps and 100+ temps and been very comfortable. A larger fridge, 30lb propane tanks, and 40-gallon freshwater tank make for easy boondocking. Cons- The camper has been used so it has some dings and nicks here and there, only significant item to call out is the master bedroom pocket door hitting the wall when we forget to secure it thus making a dent in the wall. Also, the battery is the original while it still holds a charge it may need to be replaced due to age. The camper is set up and available for viewing almost any day, or night within reason.
