Large living room slide out that goes from just behind driver seat to the end of the kitchen. Smaller slide out in the bedroom.

Jacknife couch removed in 2019 to accommodate an adjustable bed for ill wife. I decided not to
replace couch to enable potential buyer to customize space any way he/she wished.

I purchased coach used in 2014 and full-timed in it until March of 2021 when more serious
medical issues forced us to purchase a home here in Yuma. As a result of full-time living in the coach, the living room carpet and kitchen ceramic floor tile show a bit of wear.

Medium cherry cabinetry throughout coach. Flatscreen TV installed on articulating arm over driver’s seat. TV locks in place for travel.

Queen bed in bedroom is memory foam. Rear closet has mirrored doors as well as inset safe in floor.

Two basement storage bays. One pass through and one that goes about three quarters of the way through to other side. Both have slide-out trays for easy storage access.

Receiver hitch is set up to tow 10,000 pounds of trailer, if needed. Currently has seven pin electrical connector hooked up.
