We purchased this 2021 Raptor toy hauler floor plan 423 44 foot 5th wheel brand new on February 15, 2021. We took it on its first trip, to north Padre Island and back to Albuquerque. It has every imaginable extra on it and we enjoyed using it very much. It pulled very well with our GMC diesel pickup. The three axles have slip devices in the shackles so it travels smoothly. We are selling it because my wife wants a motorhome instead. Its extras include built in vacuum system, automatic solar charging system to keep up the batteries, outdoor entertainment center with gas grill, TV, and extra refrigerator, three big AC units, 35,000 BTU furnace with ducting throughout, extreme weather package, electric fireplace for fast warming up, rear camera and system which is still in the box. The list goes on and on, so we are including the specs list for this trailer in this ad. Big Onan generator has not yet been used, and still has $100 of gas in its tank. Inside, the master electronic control panel controls the trailer lighting, heating , cooling, slides, water, sewer, grey water management and more.
