I am the original owner of this lightly used travel Trailer. It has been stored inside since I bought it new and is in excellent shape. It has never been smoked in and only my wife and I have used it. I recently put a new 15000 BTU air conditioner in it along with new heavy duty break pads, hubs and wheel bearings. Less than 400 miles on them and the air has only less that 2 hours use. Tires were replaced with the better Maxxis and they are perfect. The opposing slide outs make for a lot of room inside. All lights have been replaced with LED. And it has a power management system with surge protection which can save all your expensive electronics. I am located near Albany, KY.
