Unit is in very good shape. It has a new roof because of a previous problem. Tires are in good shape. Includes all nessessary hoses, chocks, blocks, drain pipe and more. The sleeper love seat has been replaced with two very comfortable recliners. Good for sleeping. Unit has an upgraded mattress which is about 2 years old. Well maintained.
