This may easily be the cleanest motorcoach you will find in this price point. This is a 2 owner coach that is under warranty for an additional 3 years with a $150 transfer fee. Very rare FULL WALL SLIDE! This coach feels extra roomy inside. We have maintained this one to the highest standard. Tires are upgraded Continentals with around 5000 miles. The Good Years that come on these coaches are a disappointment. The Continental tires really deliver a great ride and are noted to be a much quieter ride with better fuel economy. The list of maintenance will be given upon your serious consideration. We purchased this coach from the original owner that were in their 70's with no pets or smoking. They only used the coach to visit family in Ohio and only put 20,600 miles on it over ten years of ownership. We have used the coach for a month long trip twice to Florida and never driven on salty roads. The two air conditioners will keep you nice and cool on the hottest days and the two furnaces will keep you warm on the coldest days. Their is a large remote awning that covers an entire patio area which has a wind sensor feature which will automatically close it's self if the wind picks up before damage could happen. We just had a new motor installed on that awning. The washer/dryer will help to keep your cloths clean while on your trips. There are 3 televisions. The TV in the living area is equipped with surround sound that makes it a great movie watching living area. The sound system is a satellite stereo with am-fm, CD, and has speakers through out the coach and sounds great. The living area will accommodate several people with great comfort. There are two power vents with fans, one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen area. The microwave is a large built in above the stove and is a convection oven that is great for baking and cooking anything. The privacy in this coach is amazing. The bedroom door can be closed or the entire bathroom and bedroom together can be closed off for privacy while showering and dressing. The master closet is cedar lined and has a ton of hanging space with double doors and plenty of shelf space. We also just replaced the TV in the bedroom with a larger smart TV. This coach has so many comfort and convenience features that I can't begin to list them all. We have maintained this coach and love her but we just purchased a home in Florida. Hard to let her go.
