We have an RV Repair business and have owned this RV for 5 yrs, during this time we have added many upgrades, 3 ac / hp, 2nd pwr. awning, Kenmore stack w/d, extra underbelly insulation, new window treatments, slide toppers as well. It has a purple mattress, plus we added a cheap heat package, it can be heated with electric or gas. Upgraded heavier axles and tires are just a couple years old. We ordered a custom screen for privacy, doors on both ends. It comes with a built in vacuum, a hidden safe, there is a king bed plus two queens in the back, and extra place in the loft for another queen. we used it for storage. New water heater, onan 5500 generator, dual pane windows, full 4 season rv with lots of storage this rv is built like a tank, very few were built
