Description

I remodeled the back half a couple of years ago. I removed the outside rear-accessed storage and used that space to create a more-private space for the master bed. As you can see from the pictures, I installed a dual-flush home toilet. I can't stand the black water tank smell that seeps into RVs, so this eliminated that. A 22 gallon towable tote is included so you can empty the tank when needed while set up. The private toilet/vanity has plenty of leg room unlike a lot of travel trailer bathrooms. The shower is now separate so two people can be using the shower and the toilet at the same time. I added several new power outlets throughout for all the chargers we need these days. I removed the gas stove and vent hood because we do all our cooking outside and we wanted more counter space in the kitchen, but you can have them if you want to put them back in (or hook up a propane bottle directly to the stove for outdoor cooking). Mini blinds have metal slats and all are in good shape. Gas water heater, A/C, and gas heater work fine.

New deep cycle battery
New microwave
New Pex water lines (all original lines replaced)
New water pump
4 stabilizing jacks
New Dicor EPDM roof sealant applied (roof didn’t leak, but white coating had worn off in some places)
18' awning
2-20 gallon propane tanks
22 gallon towable black/gray water tote
Sleeps up to 5 (chaise cushion is 50" long, so a child can sleep on it)
Weighs under 5,000 lbs unloaded, so can be safely towed by most pickups and full-size SUVs
Clean title in hand
