We purchased this trailer new at Happy Daze in Sacramento on 12/31/21 but have not used it for camping yet. It has been parked at an RV storage yard under cover since we brought it home. Due to recent changes in health we have decided to sell it. When we purchased the trailer we added a 5-year extended service agreement that is transferrable to the new owner. We also added a Furrion backup camera with a 7" screen. We will include the tow hitch and stabilizer bars. The 221 RB has a front private bedroom with a walk around queen bed and under bed storage roomy enough for a folding table and a couple of folding chairs; 3-burner cooktop and oven; Microwave; Theater seats, with a 32" TV and bluetooth stereo in the living area; Portable dining table; Spacious bathroom with ample storage; Slide out for theater seats in the living area; 165 Watt roof mounted solar panel; Air Conditioner 14.5k BTU; This trailer is a great size and configuration for a couple. The theater seats do not make into a bed, but could be used as a couch for a 3rd person to sleep on.
Over the last several months we have been equipping the trailer to go camping. Most of the cabinets and the refrigerator now have new storage bins to help keep loose items from moving around while towing. We also have a used Camp Chef three burner outdoor propane stove, with accessories that include a single burner grill box, a double burner flat griddle, and a spare propane tank. We also have a sewer hose, freshwater hose, and power cable. These items that we purchased separately and were not provided by the dealer will be offered to the buyer (As-Is) at no additional cost.
