Camper is 20' and has been used 3 times. Solar panels installed so you can charge the battery and boondock.
Dinette was taken out but it's easy to re-install-dinette folds down into a bed to sleep 2. Maxx Air Fan installed in bathroom to increase air circulation in the entire camper.
In like-new condition except for scrapes on awning from rubbing up against a tree-scrapes have been professionally treated and haven't caused leaks so the damage is only cosmetic.
