This is a 2020 Open Range 284RLS in beautiful condition! It was built in October of 2019, so before Covid and the lower build quality of more recent units. It was only used for two seasons and only used for weekend trips - so it was never lived in full time. It has been stored under covered storage and on asphalt since new, so the roof is in great shape (see photo) and no issues with critters. This unit is actually a 2020.5 model and was built after the mid-year refresh. That means it got the neutral colored Mink Linen interior (instead of brown) as well as the Lippert Unity X1 OneControl smart RV system with full Bluetooth control. You can control slides, lights, leveling, etc all from your smartphone! The 284RLS floorplan was brand new for 2020, so this unit was a special order. I ordered the trailer with basically everything except for slide toppers and a generator - as follows: - 18 cu. ft. gas/electric 4-door refrigerator - Dual pane windows- Heat pump on the main AC - Bedroom AC - Trailair air ride pinbox- Wall controlled bathroom fan- Rear observation cameraIn addition to the factory options listed above, I added the following myself: - Carefree Connects Bluetooth awning control module- Lippert SolidStep assist handle- Dual Fan-Tastic Ultra Breeze vent covers- Dual 32" TCL smart TVs (one outside, one in the bedroom - not installed yet)- Lippert Reel Away cord reel (not installed yet)Beyond those things I addressed the well-known issue with Open Range trailers - ride height. Specifically I had two leaves added leaf spring packs, added 1.5" blocks, added three MORryde X-Factor crossmember braces, added wet bolts, and upgraded the U-bolts. All of these help level the trailer with a modern truck (2020 Super Duty in my case) and strengthen the suspension. This is a wonderful couples floorplan and was everything I wanted in a fifth wheel (this was my second fifth wheel). It has tons of windows on all sides, a great outdoor living space, huge tanks, and all in a relatively compact 34' package! The only reason why I'm selling is I've decided to get into a motorhome sooner than originally planed. This trailer has a $110,000 MSRP today, and my listing price is at the low side of the current NADA values. That being said, I am somewhat flexible but feel this is priced more than fairly.
