We used it about 16 times for mountain bike races for our son who is now graduating high school and going to college. We have previously owned a Class A motorhome, and prefer the ability to detach and use the towing vehicle separately. The RV sleeps up to 8 people, has a queen master bed, queen sofa couch in a second bedroom, queen bed in a loft, and a queen sofa sleeper in living room. There are also two recliner chairs in the living room, a four-chair table, full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, fireplace, island (with sink), a large pantry, fireplace and lots of storage. The trailer features four slide outs, two air-conditioners, a heater, outdoor shower, outdoor mini fridge, auto-leveling jacks, stereo speakers, a television, oversize closet in the master bedroom, and electric drum brakes. It's 41.0 feet long, 150 inches high, has a GVWR of 14,495 lbs, has a hitch weight of 2665 pounds, 60-gallon fresh water capacity, 84-gallon gray water capacity, 47-gallon black water capacity, and two propane tanks for a total of 28.4 gallons. It comes complete with a 31.6-foot powered awning, skylight and roof vents, pass-through storage, battery converters and prewiring for cable, TV antenna, satellite and washer/dryer. The water heater runs off both gas and electric, and it has smoke, carbon monoxide and propane alarms. It also features one emergency exit in the master bedroom and one in the family room, a radio, DVD player and television, and comes equipped with a 2-inch receiver hitch on the rear to carry items such as bicycles.
