Well maintained, alloy wheels, nice tub and shower. At the asking price, will include the Arrow -Hensley Hitch. Exterior shower, A/C, radio, TV. Selling because of my physical condition. Tires are very good, replaced as needed during our camping times. Comes with wheel chocks/locks as well as a 2’ cage platform the width of the trailer to carry bicycles and Tote. All sewer connections are new, expandable ladder, exterior gas grill, and new awning and motor this year.  I especially like the two doors, they make it very convenient to enter and exit. Comes with all documents and warranty manuals as we are the original owners. For those who are new to having a travel trailer, I am willing to spend the time to explain all operations needed to operate the trailer while towing as well as product operations. Air conditioning was replaced two years ago at the Trail Center
     The tires are serviceable and I lowered the price as noted in the ad by over $1,000. There is no tire controversy at this time. The Hensley hitch is setup for a 20” receiver. A different height will require a different hitch bar. I have been quoted $200 to replace one of the correct height. I’m including new pictures of the Flagstaff Microlite DS 25. This is a clean well maintained trailer.
