Two previous owners. Housed and sheltered majority of its life. Regular annual inspections and maintenance. Dual T.Vs, large awning, multiple outside outlets, lots of storage, and newer tires. It does have some outside weathering and the wiring to the speakers for the front T.V has been removed before we received the unit. Has had newer piping installed along with new caulking along the outside.
