In excellent, gently used condition with most of the low mileage having been done on just three road trips. Just got back from an Outer Banks trip and every system, as always, performed perfectly. No pets, smokers, or kids have ever been in the RV. It even still has that wonderful new smell inside. It has been meticulously cleaned inside and out. The Ford E350 V10 engine will easily sit at 70mph all day, is easy to drive, and can even fit in a regular car park space. It's all ready to go on any adventure. It comes complete with the things required for camping like a water hose and filters, Renator water pressure regulator, electrical surge protector, Beechcraft leveling kit, wheel chocks, Levelmate Pro Bluetooth sensor and much more! Our reason for selling is that we have decided to go back to the UK and we can't take it with us. The price is based on research on RVTrader and Craigslist and I believe it is the best value for money you will find. I'm going to list the water-cooled 300cc Piaggio scooter (in the last photo) and motorcycle rack separately but if you would like it bundled we can figure it out. I am a retired, ex aircraft engineer and have been fastidious in taking care of "The Mighty Thor".

It needs absolutely nothing and here's a list of work recently done : *Full synthetic oil and filters change 1100 miles ago *Onan generator oil/filter/spark plug last month. *New top-end Rain-X wipers were fitted last week. *Two brand new Duracell house batteries were fitted last week also. *100W solar charging panel and controller included for boondocking (not permanently wired in as I wanted to test it first). Tested last week in the Outer Banks as campsite had no hookups and kept the batteries charged all week. Internal wiring is already done, so it can be fitted to the roof. *Maxxfan fitted in bedroom ceiling *Water heater has an electric heater in addition to a standard gas heater.
