We chose to buy this Winnebago because Winnebagos are built well. It drives & runs well, brand new Mitchlen tires last year, we purchased an extended warranty (6,900.00 value) which covers the appliances,Refrigerator stove, microwave, hot water heater, AC, furnace, plumbing, etc. that we can pass along to you if you pay the asking price or possibly the best offer price. Has been under shelter when when not in use. Can sleep up to 10 with the slide out open if you have small kids in which four could fit in the bunk above the passenger and driver seat and two air mattresses on the floor. Maintenance records upon request. No leaks or problems. Has not been pulling a trailer since we bought it with 13,000 miles on it. Not been in the colder climates where there's snow salt and ice. All the sensors and gauges work. Comfortable queen bed, room to walk around on both sides of bed. Plenty of cupboards and closet space. Generator works well and has been serviced regularly. Comes with bike rack for 4 bikes, utensils, pans, coffee maker, stepstool and leveling blocks. We love this RV but must sell! Call or text me at 205- 886–8715.
