After many years of RVing we are changing our travel lifestyle and need to sell our : 2015 Cedar Creek 36CKTS 5th wheel We just returned from Amish Family RV in Indiana to address a few issues that needed attention. This is a well maintained, comfortable camper and ready for the summer camping season. Amenities include two ducted AC's, Power Awning with light strip, Central Vacuum system, Fantastic Fan, Slide toppers, Joy rider Shocks, Back Up Camera, Hydraulic auto leveling and a Trail Air hitch. Bedroom has a king bed, large closet and additional storage cupboards with TV. A Splendide combo washer/dryer sets in the closet. In 2022 Replaced 18 ft. Awning All new waste dump valves and cables Resealed roof as needed Replaced slide seals as needed In 2020 New tires Goodyear G614 Replaced 2 slide out floors Drip pans on all slides to prevent slide floor rot.
