We bought the RV in 2015 from the original owner. It has four slide outs, two on each side. Awnings cover all, plus big awning on passenger side. Basement or storage area is huge and includes small refrigerator. It has a king size bed in the back of the RV with storage under the bed. Upgraded the lights over the bed. The front both couches pull out for beds. In the kitchen the table will seat four. All couches and seats are Flexsteel leather. Both front seats swivel around when parked and recline. There is a slide out desk on passenger side and floor extends out over the steps when traveling. The recliner will go with RV. Upgraded the shades on the sides up front which will lower or raise from top or bottom. It has a convection microwave and lp gas stove top. On the left side of counter that section extends out for more space. The refrigerator has an ice maker. The RV has a central vac system. It has one tv up front and one in back bedroom. There is a dvd player and sound system to all areas. We installed new hydraulic levelers which is what Tiffin uses now. Old ones were electric and had issues with one.
