This is one of the great ones. 1-1/2 bath, 45’ 600hp Signature series Noble III. 93,000 miles (doesn’t leak) Solid wood cabinets, trim and doors. Auto air leveling, Vorad system,  Premium polished tile floors, residential refrigerator, new queen mattress, aqua hot recently serviced, replaced all 4 front airbags, tires are good with 2 replaced less than 2 years ago. New house and chassis batteries, 12k generator. Had the electric flush toilets with new controllers on both. With these older coaches there’s always something that needs maintenance or repair and we’ve kept up to keep it going strong and looking good. To my knowledge everything is in good working order. There are a few cosmetic items on our list and haven’t been a huge priority because they are just that, cosmetic. 1) captain chars show wear and could be recovered. 2) as with all these older dark coaches the paint shows some checking in certain lighting.
I wouldn’t own a different coach and I’m sure we’ll regret selling it because we had our hearts set on the Noble III and took us a while to find it but our circumstances have changed. You won’t be disappointed with the 600hp. It’s a game changer even if you don’t pull a trailer. You just cruise.
