This RV is a dream to drive – it handles like a van, shifts smoothly, and has a ton of pick up at low speed thanks to its Mercedes Turbo engine. At 25ft long, you can drive on National Park roads and scenic passes that are off limits to larger RVs, all while getting 14-17mpg (vs. 8-10mpg on a similar gas powered RV). This floorplan is my favorite one out of the Class C RVs out there, as it features a queen bed in the rear corner and a dinette on a slide in the middle, which can be extended to double your living space. The slide does NOT have to be extended to utilize any of the living or sleeping space! Perfect for overnight parking at your favorite Costco parking lot on the way to the national parks. We've added lots of upgrades to the RV to make it more convenient to use, as well as more off-grid capable.

With an upgraded electrical system, this RV is not slaved to electric hook-ups. Two new 2 x 6V 235ah Duracell batteries supply plenty of power throughout the night without having to plug in or run the generator, and the 420W solar panels recharge the batteries by early afternoon. This allows you to stay in National Park campgrounds without electrical hookups, or boondock on BLM land, instead of having to pay steep fees to stay at crowded RV parks. A Victron Battery Monitor has been added to allow tracking exact battery capacity on your phone. The 13gal propane tank will last 3-4 weeks in the summer, providing you hot water, refrigeration through the new Norcold 3-way fridge, and heat through the Suburban furnace. If you are somewhere excessively hot, the ducted A/C will run off external power or via the upgraded QC3200 diesel generator for 45hrs on one tank of diesel (the stock generator runs off propane which would quickly deplete your supply for heating and refrigeration).
