This fifth wheel is in near excellent condition. It has been camped in about 4 weekends per year since new. Original owners. Fireplace, Dual AC's, 3 slides, electric leveling, power awnings. It has all the bells and whistles. One of the head rests on the recliner love seat the leather has peeled. This is the only blemish that I am aware of. The plastic is even still on the light fixtures. Bottom line is that we just are not using it enough to justify keeping it.
