**********SOLD**********This unit was going to be our retirement travel rig until recent health issues. We removed the dinette to make room for comfortable reclining theater seats and also installed an entertainment center with electric fireplace and TV lift to enjoy when the weather was inclement. We replaced the awning fabric and the four rear tires (Michelin Agilis) in the fall of 2021. We added a fantastic fan in the bedroom in 2020. Installed extended stay propane system and full back mud flap. Have service records for all maintenance, newer starter battery, wheel covers, and winter cover. Some nice features included are the additional TV with CD player in the bedroom, outdoor speakers, cab rear camera/radio/CD player/Bluetooth LCD touch screen, on-board Cummins Onan generator, large rear pass-through storage, microwave, and corner sink design. Great 2 person rig with room for 2 additional people to stay. This 30’ unit handles great because of the size and can park in most camp sites too!
