This camper is nicer than most mobile homes and has only been used 3 times. Spacious living spaces with a lot of storage. Can easily be lived in, especially with the double refrigerators/freezers and pantry closet. The king pedestal bed is reticulating, with upgraded mattress, and another large storage space underneath.There are 3 power tip-outs and a lighted power awning. Many upgrades including: 2 LED TV's (one in Master Bedroom) full cable and antenna hookups, two batteries and solar charging. Leather furniture and solid counter tops. This unit is also fully insulated and has the Artic package; with the furnace and electric fireplace, it is comfortable in any climate. The Bluetooth stereo system has speakers throughout and exterior speakers as well, which can be controlled by your cell phone. This system also plays through the TV and CD player to provide surround sound; very nice!! There is a remote control for the lighted awning and all three powered slide-outs, which you can carry in the tow vehicle; we found this to be a really nice feature when we arrived at a campground late at night when it was raining. (We finished setting up in the morning.)If interested, we will also sell the load leveling hitch system for $800.00.Using our personal tow vehicle, we can also deliver this for a charge, but please only within 1,000 miles @ $3.50 per mile.
