Selling our 2016 Mobile Suites 38 RESB3. Bought new in early 2017 from local dealer. only has one trip on it and roughly 500 miles. Has been parked on my R/V park and used as a weekend place to stay on site. everything works as should and has been a very good camper. I have since downsized to a travel trailer and no longer have a need for the mobile suites so its time to sell. Currently has a Reese 20k goose neck adaptor box on it. We do have the factory 5th wheel box for it too and will re-install it, after completeion of sale, if you prefer the fifth wheel hitch.
