This video is of the SAME trailer with all the same features! 3rd owner of 2006 Forest River Sandpiper Sport 37' Fifth Wheel Trailer with front sleeper. Loaded with all the extras. Just serviced the 5500 Onan Generator which powers the trailer including 2 AC units that keep the trailer ICE COLD even in the Needles/Havasu 120 degree summer heat. Spacious living area with large slide out is always the place everyone comes to hang out. Has a nice pull out bed couch, TV, table with chairs and a bench seat, Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove top, microwave, full size sink, refrigerator, and TONS of storage. 120 Gallon Fresh water tank, gray tank and galley tank are separate, 2 7 gallon propane tanks, 20 Gallon fuel station runs the generator and has a nozzle to fill your toys. Separate garage stores a 2 seat RZR XP1000 and has anchor points installed in the floor. Outside you will find a spray port, outdoor shower which is GREAT, Electric leveling jacks, and an 18' awning provides plenty of shade. Tub shower inside, 2 King size electric bunks in the garage. There is a toy lock cable welded to the frame to secure your toys at night. Recently serviced dual 7000lb axles, trailer brakes and have nearly brand new Hercules tires all around. Trailer is in great condition on exterior. This trailer has been stored outdoors and therefore has some cosmetic sun damage. There are no leaks or issues with this trailer with exception of a missing wheel well trim piece from a tire blowout (hence the axle/trailer brake service and new tires). I am working on sourcing this trim piece to replace. This is a STOUT, very well built trailer. We use our 2006 Ford F-250 with rear airbags (pretty cheap to install) to haul it and it does so up and down the Cajon Pass, to Moab Utah and back, and up all the big passes in the area without issue.
