Stored under my home carport in my backyard when not in use. The carport has 20amp service and a water hookup available so you can test everything.

Asking less than what I paid . and it includes around $1500 in extras! Non smoker. Selling because my teenage son isn't into it like I thought he would be and want to use my equity I have in it for something else. Had thought we'd do a road trip this summer but he's going to be life guarding.

The extras include: electrical cords / adapters, shower caddy, water hoses, Rhino flex drain hose kit, Ft Knox tongue lock, TV antenna, All Pro awning, synthetic straw mat, propane fire pit and Camp Chef two burner stove (only used the TAB two burner stove for heating up water for French coffee press; and baking with the stovetop Omnia oven). Includes some other extras like cookware and sanitary supplies.

The solar / batteries hold charge very well. Never has dropped below 3/4 charge when using everything while offgrid. The 3-way fridge works great.

The AC is ducted and cools great (the outdoor metal grate cover is heavy duty compared to others I've seen). Alde radiant heating system is the best on the market and works with batteries / propane or electric . really appreciated it during the cool nights this past spring when others were running generators to stay warm.

It has the sliding screen door and built in water requlator unlike some TAB400s that were coming off the line after Nov 2021. Have had no issues with the window blinds and screens, which I think are better than Airstreams . love having an awning window when it's raining. And the All Pro awning allows the door to open completely while keeping that whole area relatively dry and is very sturdy in windy conditions.

Everything works as it should. No accidents nor damage. Still has the new RV smell.

Only used a few times by myself … around Roanoke Va and a trip to a Maryland state park … after the last hard frost. And once with teen son at a KOA in Williamsburg, Va during his spring break so we could spend a couple days at Busch Gardens. Waste tanks only used for liquids. Always wiped down the shower area. Son used the campground bathroom.

Very clean. The exterior colors are silver and black. The interior colors: birch / tan cabinets, grey padding, and off white veneers.

Lien with local credit union that has the title on file (not at DMV). Will release same day with cash or wire transfer.
