This travel trailer is in excellent condition and has provided us with so much enjoyment over the years. Mostly taken on local trips to Canyon Lake and Fredericksburg on short weekend ventures. When not in use the trailer has been stored in an enclosed and covered storage unit completely protected against the weather. Everything inside and out is fully functional and works perfectly. We are only selling because we have had little time to enjoy it lately due to a heavy work schedule.
The trailer is fully equiped with a microwave, stove top (virtually brand new), gas/electric refrigerator and freezer, gas/electric water heater (recently replaced anode rod), 36 gallon fresh water storage tank, 37 gallon black water capacity, 37 gallon gray water capacity,. Fully functional awning with electronic control panel, 2 propane tanks with cover, brand new interstate battery. Has a large storage bay with access on both sides of the trailer and additional storage accessible from the outside left side of the trailer. Huge amount of storage for items that can be stored inside the trailer as well. All the cabnets inside the trailer are made of real wood very good quality. Comes with a flat screen TV with surround sound that includes a setting for the sound to work on the outside speakers. Upgraded LED lights throughout the inside. Has one 13,500 BTU A/C unit that blows ice cold air and offers plenty of cooling for those hot summer days. Upgraded digital thermostat. Very comfortable for 2 or 3 people but you certainly can add more to the party if you need to. I will include the weight distribution hitch and sway bar attachment along with the hitch ball attachment if needed.
This travel trailer is truely a bargan. Tried and tested and ready to go camping with everything you need. I have all the necessary equipment available (for an extra charge) including wheel chocks, water hoses, water filter, water pressure reducer valve, sewer hose and adaptors, surge protector, 25 foot and 50 foot electical connection cord, TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) with receiver, and more. Trailer comes with the original owners manuel booklet with leather case. Don't get yourself in a bind and end up with one of the 2021 and 2022 model RV's out there that have had serious manufacture recalls.
