We bought this unit new and a RV resort package. Due to health problems as well as covid we probably used this 15 to 20 times and after some debating we have decided that we should sell. It has always been inside a heated locked RV garage and well maintained. Non smoking. Since it has sat unused for so long we just put new $1,600 tires around and took it in to have a check up and the vents resealed as well as replaced one vent. This is a beautiful RV that has been well cared for and maintained. Our Resort package is negotiable with lots of free cabin rentals.
