Well taken care of 40 ft 5th wheel toyhauler with 12ft garage.  Inside and outside in great condition.  Never smoked in, however we have a dog when we traveled.  Sleeps 8, 3 slides gives you plenty of space. One bedroom slide, living room and kitchen slide across from each other making a large area. Power awning, generator runs well, no issues expect back door which price reflects the repair.  We recently got a motorhome and need to sell our 5th wheel.  This has been a florida unit so only 1 year in ohio weather.  Will consider reasonable offer.
