Asking price $22000 OBO. This is a 2007 it has two slides and built in storage/entertainment above cab. It has 38,000 original miles on it.
Recent maintenance highlights:
- Complete roof scrape, reseal and recoat 2021
- Oil/Filter Change January 2022
- Awning replaced 2021
- Two new auxiliary batteries and complete replacement of all fuse relays/capacitors 2021(all components in auxiliary battery compartment)
- New hot water anode 2022
- All new tires 2021(less than 1K miles on them)
- Rear brake and front pads replaced 2020
*Additional info:
- Rv built in Onan generator requires service. Generator does not run. No troubleshooting has been done to determine the issue. We live in Florida and always stayed with full hookups so it was never used. Prior to movign to Florida we used the generator all the time. I suspect its just "gummed up" since it hasnt been used.
- Rear of RV has clear coat peeling.
- Back up camera does not work.
I have also uploaded photos of the rear clear coat peeling you will also notice paint discoloration on the right rear of the rv. This was from a minor repair 10 years ago, i suspect the paint that was utilized is just discoloring as it is cosmetic.
- There were some small leaks in the roof that had bled through into the interior ceiling soft panels. I had a local rv repair guy replace the entire front fabric and open up the rear to dry everything out. This was done after he completly resealed the roof.
