In great working order! New Awning (not installed), New (never used) toilet, new bathroom vent, includes lots of extras (four new scissor stabilizer jacks, two slide-out stabilizers, electric remote sanitation dump valve control, new sewer hoses, heated water supply hose, TV, etc.) Couch with queen size electric air mattress, Memory Foam Queen mattress in bedroom. TV Attenna works great. The factory AM/FM/CD player has been removed (I use Blue-tooth speakers now), Breakfast nook was dismantled before I owed it but is still included, and I threw away the two old factory recliners. So there is currently lots of open space for you to customize to your needs: Add a Futon for additional seating & sleepers, add 2 recliners for livingroom comfort, or add another hide-away-couch with air mattress, reinstall the brakfast nook, or leave the floor plan wide open for a mobile meth lab, if you are into that sort of thing. Includes Equal-i-Zer 4 point sway-control hitch ($800 new).
