Pending pick up on 9/6/22

We bought this unit a few months ago as our first RV with all the energy and excitement! Unfortunately, our employment situation changed requiring one of us to work Saturdays indefinitely! We will not have time to use this beauty as much as we thought, plus, a camper van is more our style - so we are moving in that direction!

Update:  we have a camper van now!

As soon as we purchased this unit, we took it to a CW tech to have it completely checked out. We had slide toppers replaced, all exterior sealants including slide seals were refreshed, we added a new kitchen faucet, replaced smoke and co detectors, and a new bathroom exhaust fan installed.

 The unit has two slides and an Onan Generator 4kW that works great (261 hours) and can be started remotely w/Cummins Energy Command AGS+ system. The electrical system has been upgraded and includes a  VictronConnect MultiPlus 3000 inverter/charger.  Entire system can be controlled remotely by phone app.   It has HWH 4 Point Computerized Leveling system. It sleeps 4 comfortably with a rv queen bed plus power sofa that makes a comfy bed. There is a 3 burner gas stove top and convection microwave to serve up your favorite meal! The 3-way Dometic fridge and slide out pantry will help you keep stocked up for a while. Keeping warm is easy with the ducted furnace and 13,500 btu ducted air conditioning will keep you cool on hot days along with 2 Maxx Air fans.

You probably already know Coach House units are unique in that they offer a well insulated fiberglass exterior shell (one piece)! Such a plus! There is a heavy duty hitch to tow toys with too! It has a Bose stereo, and a perfect sized flat screen tv that works great. The front passenger seat rotates to face the rear and there is a comfortable living room chair that compliments the XL sofa which has three seatbelts. There are two tables that attach to the floor for dining and workspace in the main area. The unit is easy to drive, runs smoothly and comes with a rear view camera. This unit is super clean (no joke, I cleaned it myself top to bottom), completely checked over by a CW tech and ready for adventure!
