Purchased new in May of 2021 from Ron Hoover in Houston, Texas.
I bought the unit to visit my daughter in Houston that was displaced by her husband's job lost due to covid. Also have friends in Birmingham, Al. that we visit 3 to 4 times a year. My wife has back issues and the motorhome allowed her to lay down while we travel. We are not campers, but went 4 times to Houston and 3 times to Birmingham since we bought it. No kids , no pets, never cooked in, and only slept in the 4 times in Houston. Daughters apartment was to small for visitors. Well, my daughter moved back home and don't need the unit anymore. Looks like the day we bought it. Also, the F350 chassis is a 2022 and not a 2021 like the Coachmen. Unusual but great as I wanted the 7.3 engine that has tremendus power. Always kept enclosed since purchased.
I bought a rim for a spare tire as it didn't come with one. I will have a tire put on and balanced before the camper is sold.
Dropped the price already as my wife demands I sell it before I can buy a new truck.
