Tires are about 1 year old and only have less than 50 miles on them. Brakes are newer and low mileage on new brakes. Overall well maintained and had a new roof and new stickers put on about 10 years ago. The kitchen has a double bowl sink, a 3 burner stovetop with an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and freezer. At the mid section is a spacious bathroom with a shower and tub combo. The tub is good sized for kids to take bath.
