beautiful, like new, fifth wheel trailer, only used for about six weeks by my daughter in law and granddaughter in a camp ground. has only been moved about 100 miles total. msrp is 92k bank booked it at 96k lots of storage inside and out out door kitchen two bathrooms washer and dryer hook up in master bedroom fifth wheel hook up for pick up included will deliver within 200 miles of fredonia arizona any further i can arrange (but will cost extra) will consider trade for motorhome of like value and condition (that's what my husband wants)it is financed so payoff will have to be done through my bank son says it pulls like a dream
