Great motorhome with solid chasis and has been well maintained. Great price for motorhome with some minor wear and tear. We have used this for softball travel and small kids for many years and it was a blast. We don't use it enough anymore, so someone will get a great RV for a great price! Has new front seats, house batteries, brakes, rotors, calipers, and shocks. No water damage or leaks, roof is perfect one piece fiberglass. Tires are in great shape with plenty of tread left and no sidewall issues. Has onboard Onan Cummings 5500 genset that works great. The following minor areas need repair: camera system, dash radio, two window shades, cracked front windshield. Everything else works great and this RV is ready to hit the road. You won't find a gas RV with this much room. When parked, this is the same as a large diesel pusher with a lot of room. This is not a new motorhome, has some wear and tear and the price reflects but still has plenty of great trips in its future. Do not contact if you are looking for a perfect motorhome.getting a $100k RV for half the price, but engine, chasis, and major systems are solid on this unit. Price is firm.you are getting a great deal, just look at other similiar RVs for saleprobably priced it too low already.
